In addition to our standard range of Top Loading Kilns and Front Loaded KIlns, Electric Kilns or Gas Fired Kilns and furnaces, we also offer a bespoke design service for special or specific firing kilns or heat treatment applications with service temperatures ranging from 100 ºC to 1700 ºC.

The image above shows a six metre long Muffle Furnace with nitrogen atmosphere, with an afterburner alongside. Installed in 2008 in the UK after complete refurbish at our works.
Castle Kilns have recently completed a second furnace, from a design to site installation in 2009, again with an afterburner. These Furnaces are unique to the carbon fibre industry, and show our flexibility in Furnace design and production.
