Castle KIlns provide a range of kilns for the hobbiest, enthusiast and industry.
In addition to our standard range of Top Loading Kilns and Front Loaded KIlns, Electric Kilns or Gas Fired Kilns and furnaces, we also offer a bespoke design service for special or specific firing kilns or heat treatment applications with service temperatures ranging from 100 ºC to 1700 ºC.
In essence, Castle Kilns Ltd can provide a total firing solution whether you are a private buyer or a multinational company.
The image above shows a six metre long Muffle Furnace with nitrogen atmosphere, with an afterburner alongside. Installed in 2008 in the UK after complete refurbish at our works.
Castle Kilns have recently completed a second furnace, from a design to site installation in 2009, again with an afterburner.
