Our team of qualified process and ceramic engineers are always on hand to assist with your enquiry, from choice of size and specification through to final installation and commissioning.

The Designer Range can be supplied for 825ºC, 1300ºC and 1400ºC firing applications with a wide choice of plug in temperature controllers to suit individual requirements.

Safety being paramount, all Designer Kilns are fitted with over temperature protection and electromechanical door safety locks.

Superior heating elements design and thermally efficient linings are standard throughout the range. All lining's are designed in-house with heat losses calculated using the latest temperature gradient software.

Styled using presses steel for the main body and finished with a high gloss enamel. A dedicated delivery and installation service is also available with full operational training by a fully qualified Installation and Service Engineer.
