Castle Kilns & Furnaces Limited are now celabrating their forth year anniversary in a business based around providing a comprehensive range of electric and gas fired kilns and furnaces with emphasis on design and flexibility.

Castle Kilns & Furnaces Limited have an association with H.T.L. Limited in Stoke on Trent, a well renowned Dryer and Air Handling manufacturer and also purchased the trader name, intellectual property and significant infrastructure of D.I.S. Kilns (Stoke) Limited. This has been vital in developing their reputation and gaining respect in the industry.

Although their prime market is the industry for such applications as Bone China, Ceramic Tiles, Enamelling, etc, both Castle Kilns and D.I.S. have built up a healthy reputation for standard and bespoke thermo processing equipment (furnaces) for non "Table Top" producers, including steel Heat Treatment, Gold and Silver Processors, Electronics and Aerospace markets. Recent orders have been received from both Steel Treatment and Carbon Fibre producers.

Recent business has been received from Heat Treatment of Metal and production of Carbon Fibre companies, both of which have been completed successfully.

The company is currently busy producing orders for Glass Annealing, Wax Burnout Furnaces and Atmospheric Output from a Muffle Furnace.

Also in the pipeline is a refurbishment of 1700ºC Operating Furnace which is Water Cooled.
