"Studio Range" 

Equally at home, in a studio or industrial environment, the Studio  range of electric kilns are a cost effective firing solution.

All versions of the Studio range provide excellent temperature control for a variety of products. The Studio  range is also available with a wide choice of 'plug in' temperature controllers to suit individual requirements.  

                                           

Superior heating element design and thermally efficient linings are standard throughout the range. All linings are designed in-house with heat losses calculated using the latest temperature gradient software.    

Safety being paramount, all Studio kilns are fitted electromechanical door safety locks.

The Top Loading Kiln in the above pictures was manufactured by Castle Kilns  & Furnaces according to the customers specification. It is used in the 'Glass Melting' process, prior to 'Glass Blowing' operation.

The Top Loading Kiln in the pictures above is used as a Trial Kiln for a variation of Colours and Glazes for the work of students. It is capable of firing to 1300ºC, with up-rated elements and lining.
