Designer (DFL) Front-Loading Range

Designed to be adaptable, flexible and reliable. The Castle Designer range of front loading electric kilns are the total solution for small or special heat treatment applications.

Whether, for a private buyer, school / university, potter or industrial applications, the Designer front loader will surpass all expectations.

Our team of qualified process and ceramic engineers are always on hand to assist with your enquiry, from choice of size and specification through to final installation and commissioning.

The Designer range can be supplied for upto 1300ºC. Firing applications with a wide choice of plug in temperature controllers to suit individual requirements. Customer controllers can be supplied with the kilns, subject to testing at our works.

Safety being paramount, all Designer kilns can be fitted with over temperature protection. Electromechanical door safety locks are fitted to the kiln as standard.

Superior heating element design and thermally efficient linings are standard throughout the range. All linings are designed 'in house' with heat losses calculated using the latest temperature gradient software.

Styled using pressed steel for the main body and finished with a high gloss enamel. A dedicated and installation service is also available with full operational training, by a fully qualified installation and service Engineer.

Customer requirements are uppermost in the provision of this type of kiln and designed perameters can be tailored to customers needs.
