Electrical Intermittent

This design consists of using two trucks (one at either end) and is used for firing porcelain of temperatures up to 1300ºC. It is complete with an Automated 'end of cycle' cooling system to manage the temperature profile.

Continous Kiln

A Circular Process Unit, designed and manufactured by Castle Kilns Limited for high temperature ceramics. It is capable of firing to 1400ºC. This unit consists of a single loading station and uses a robotic system to load, along with having a 3-hour process time.

Carbon Fibre Recovery Kiln

Running for 7 years very successfully, kiln used to recover carbon fibre off cuts for machining to carbon dust for resale.

Kiln has LPG fuelled afterburner to deal with organic burn offs.

Top-loaded design lending itself to many varied functions including glass, modelling, wood curing industries who have all invested in this type of unit.

Heat treating of welded glass pipework for the chemical industry. Electrically fired top-loaded unit for 2.5 metre lenghts of pipework.

Twin Door Electric Glass Slumping Kiln

Kiln is used to rework broken glass into items for re-wire in the construction and design industries.

Moving hood or truck versions are availble dependant on size.
